I got out of my 2023 model x plaid. As soon as i wasn’t upside down, I ditched it. I love my new R1S tri motor in Storm Blue. It’s def a truck feel compared to my tesla but no more swasticar for me! It just feels better.

Gen1 R1S DM Performance Max pack here with 22s. Came with all the things I needed including the compressor. Green on Green for me. I don't think you'll have regrets. No such thing as range anxiety. The shorter wheel base is pretty maneuverable. Super versatile for both hauling stuff or people.

Saw the seat cover and lovely golden in the end. We have goldens as well. They are the biggest reason why we consider R1S over all tesla (and other) EV models.

Just picked up a '22 R1S Quad from Rivian. I had a Tri Motor on order last month but cancelled because I didn't want to eat all of the depreciation over the next few years. So far it is awesome!

They are just such different rides. You’re basically going from a sports car to a huge SUV. Sure the R1 S can go fast in a straight line, but it is not a car.

Congrats on the R1S and welcome to the Gen 2 club. Your videos helped me move from my LRM3 to my R1T and I absolutely love it! However, one thing I do miss is the instant response from phone to vehicle. I use schedule departure daily from home and work and it’s hit or miss, and the wake time approaching the vehicle is laggy at times even with the latest update. I cannot wait for the comparison content from Meredith after the switch.

Congrats!! I am saving $ for an R1S… ai have a question: when configuring the Tri R1S I see that the package includes the undercover. Everything else the tri already has. Does the Tri come with an undercover or one needs to get the package? thanks in advance!

Putting road tires on the 20 inches wheels would be more efficient than the 22’s though. I would grab the 20 inches wheels and then put road tires on them after the AT’s wore out.

Congrats! I’ll bet the lighter doors and interior door buttons will be the biggest annoyance switching between the gen 1 R1T and gen 2 R1S. At least they are my biggest annoyances. :)

Congrats on the R1s, I also own a gen 1 R1s quad el cap with dark interior. I love mine but wish I had gotten the ocean coast interior. I had my tint shop delete out the chrome on the top. Keep up your YouTube videos I always look forward to them.
