I didn't realize it until I began self-schooling with Youtube and books on real estate, but I have been "driving for dollars" for the past few years, with lawncare! Door to door selling clean ups and small tree/brush and hedge removals, looking for awful yards and such. Have come across dozens, hundreds really, of awful, smelly lol, and chaotic properties shoved into higher end neighborhoods.

Once that data gets into an app database, you no longer know who could be having access to it.Trust me, you;re better off just managing the data yourself in Excel / Google sheets. Just remember to backup daily.
