Sir. In our flat the carpet area is 852 sq ft but the super built up area is coming to 1316 sq ft. Builder has added 115 sq ft service area to built up area and then again added 25% on top of this sum of built up and service area. Overall its coming very high. Is this common practice?

Approved lay out plan কোন builder দেয় না।সম্প্রতি একজন উঠতি বিল্ডার বললেন G+4 বিল্ডিং প্ল্যান স্যাংশান হয়েছে প্ল্যান অবশ্য অনুমোদন প্রাপ্ত কিন্তু একবারে নাকি G+4 করা যাবে না G+3 হওয়ার পর আবার কর্পোরেশন থেকে দেখবে তারপর পরের ফ্লোর হবে।এটা কি সম্ভব ?এর কারণ কি?বিল্ডিং হচ্ছে 20' চওড়া রাস্তার পাশে

built up area ki 25% of carpet area hote pare naki ata exaggerate kore bola hochhe, it wd b 10-15% at max.
