I truly don't believe Venat is GONE gone. Hydaelyn, yes. But though Venat said that even her soul wouldn't remain, something seems off about that. Like it was just a cover up for her being able to rest. Idk, something just seems off about that.

This is the peak of Final Fantasy story-wise. I'm not sure if they'll ever find a way to top 6.0 cutscenes and lore... Kinda even makes me wish this was truly the END.
But since it isnt, 7:33:43 for potentially future expansions areas!

I love Emet-Selch being the bitch we love, but I still think it's really weird characterization that he was like this before the end of Amaurot - I always assumed he was like that because he spent so many millennia in misery not being able to have things to back to the way things were. He just seemed so.. unbelievably tired of everything else. Considering this shows he was just always tired kinda makes his characterization weaker imo.
Still, it was nice to see him again in his full grumpy grandpa glory.
