If I put the ear piece in I can hear it but as far as the internal speaker on the radio can't hear any sound! there is an icon in the lower right hand side with a speaker and an "X" can seam to turn off that "x"

Hi when I ret and access programming mode i always get the error "no ports are open" can you suggest anything?

RT 84 I normally transmit in DMR mode however on the screen the ID ID unknown is always present. What should I do to resolve the FW has already been updated.
