Warwick davis is a british national treasure and a part of many iconic sci fi franchises and im so glad he's come back for this.

It looks like it is partially based on the sequel trilogy of books, Shadow Moon, Shadow Dawn and Shadow Star, written by Lucas and Chris Claremont.

Probably my favorite of the 80s fantasy films. Movies like Krull were falling short of the promise, and it's as if Lucasfilm said, "hold our beers". If I recall correctly, Willow was the first movie to use computer generated "morphing" effect.

Willow is a story that always had untapped potential, Warwick Davis is an awesome actor, this one of James Horners best scores and the world feels like it's getting a proper amount of verisimilitude. Now if only the world of Krull (also anther great Horner score) would get the same treatment!

I have to say it looks good. Shame Val Kilmer can't be back for Mad Martigan but don't know how they would've worked him in given his state of health.

Loved the movie. Val Kilmer and Joanne Whalley had superb chemistry along with Warwick Davis. This has no shot being as good... this series looks a bit Teeny Bopper like according to the cast in the trailer. Not sure why all these fantasy series coming out need to look like the main cast has to be in or fresh out of high school.

Gonna be a bit hard to have Willow without Mad Martigan. They were great together.
