This is how I used to get my daughter to sleep, a face massage turned into full body massages as she became a toddler. She grew so fast. I knew she was having growing pains. I remember I was massages her knees and lower back I went to look to see if she was sleeping and she was literally drooling lol. Even babies need to feel good. Massages are so important for them so they can grow

Interestingly, this is a similar massage technique I use when giving clients facials (not quite so rough😆) .They wake up disoriented every time. It's also good for stress release, tmj and headaches.
