Saw Neil Young on the east coast sitting in the sun alone on a huge stage and it was pitiful but we had a good time anyway. Virginia Beach area where The Cavalier hotel used to be but in the roaring 20s, a wild time. tyk music is best. Later learned he was mourning the loss of a loved one. He was forgiven without seeking permission because we could and did and was glad to see him finally in a lifetime of travels that took me straight to the coast from #Kentucky onward Christian soldiers, #bullshit. We moved forward without regard for religion and/or politics but had fun denying it as the #truth for the sake of the song

I can remember watching the show in 2003 in Dallas. When he started in on this song, the whole place went quiet. Listening to the lyrics, and the strumming, and the message....tears just started streaming down my face. Never had a reaction like that to an artist before or since!

Saw the show with my family in NYC in 2003. Wonderful show. This rendition is off. The low E string is mistuned although it's what he must have wanted. Love neil and loved the show. It's still a great memory.
