"Formulated in the USA", but not "Made in the USA" despite the fact that one of the largest boutique soap makers in the world is right outside Missoula, Montana and can make soaps that are the same size, quality, and final retail price.
I love Dr.Squach Soaps, but I've recently switched to Sun Basin soap because it is both formulated and manufactured in the USA, and 100% of their POST TAX PROFITS go to charity, specifically Partners in Health.
