Honestly, ensuring it's two digits at minimum is just extra work and fails to satisfy the emphasis of optimalization. It's "hw01" and "hw02" that I was talking about. I know it's no biggie as a programmer, but we're also known to be lazy people, trying to automatize as much of everything as possible. Oh, and also not everyone uses the snake case for defining variables, naming objects, etc. For example, I use the cammel case or sometimes pascal case.
