Kamala Harris is speaking out for the first time since President Biden dropped out of the 2024 race. "In one term, he has already surpassed the legacy of most presidents who have served two terms," says harris. The vice president was at her official residence at the US Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C. when Biden dropped his bombshell. MSNBC's Joe Scarborough says Trump is "melting down" over Biden’s withdrawal. Inside Edition's Ann Mercogliano has more.
