Wrapping up the year with so many memories to reflect on. A lot of them involve teaching, which brings me so much joy—second only to being a mom.
The next few days, I’ll be thinking about 2024 and what this year truly meant. There were tough, disappointing moments, but also leaps of faith that paid off.
I’m on a work break now, aside from making these little videos, and it’s wild how out of routine I feel. Instead of going to Mexico (tempting!), I bought three trees for our new house—two for the yard and a lemon tree in a pot. Tree shopping feels oddly grounding. Next up: washer, dryer, and blinds—boring, responsible stuff!
I’ve been watching too much TV, wearing comfy (but ugly) clothes, going on long walks, and eating tacos (because it’s LA, and we love tacos 😂).
