Prelude: I love Captain Sparklez and I have been looking forward to this for ages, I've been involved with it since it went public. ||EDIT ADDITION|| - I grew up on Fallen Kingdom and Jerry's tree. I and my brothers gave this server 60 combined man hours of work (the same amount it took us to *beat sevtech ages* (excluding the creative age, which we just nah'd cause it was just a matter of expanding and optimizing automation) and have only just reached tier 2 structures across the board (minus the castle, which we just gave up on cause waiting for troops constantly, money to create them, and raids to find that were profitable was motivation ruining)

Heads up and a warning. This is a freemium mobile "wait" gated game ported to a minecraft server with 80% of their actual content and progression akin to your mobile games where you come to collect resources every x minutes. It's really *not* great. I have also been in contact with some devs who have worked with the group (not the physical dev, not them doing this) who made this who *all* left because the group management was very much a money over morals group. This server is heavily monetized and you can spend up to 77 USD just to progress past tier 1 if you are susceptible to many common mobile gaming monetization tricks that prey on impatience, or eat the hook of "supporting" sparklez and the devs. If you still want to play this (and honestly, who wouldn't the Captains great and I want to support him too) buy a title at most and absolutely refuse to pay for anything else, see how long you actually end up playing until you're just... standing still or parkouring around while you watch a video and wait for things.

I have a video coming out in the next week or so covering the difference between Grind and Wait using this as a premier example, as well as giving simple and complex alterations that could be used to make the game more grindy instead of waity as well as more interactive. This is *not* I repeat *not* a kid safe server, nor is it really that fun a server, if it weren't the Captain putting his name on this it would have floundered out *badly*

I come back to this channel after about 4 years and I just rewatched the entire fallen kingdom to see this. I’m so happy.

A thing to keep in mind, this server is heavily in the pay to win style with wait times behind everything you do that can be skipped using “gems”, it reminds me a lot of clash of clans, if you like that kind of thing, sure go ahead but if you don’t, don’t even bother. This server’s one selling point is it’s CaptainSparklez and Fallen Kingdom, I can bet if it was just a regular server it would barely last a week.
