If you go into the Dark Surge mode with havoc Rover there is a part of his fighting animation that he changes from using a Scythe to a spear in every combo. Also Havoc Rover is somewhat ruthless because of his attack voicelines, dark surge mode and his outro skill.

Bro literally leaves a circle of dark flames that does Havoc damage overtime💀.

Arlecchino is cool but. After trying out wuthering waves and unlocking Havoc Rover. I've been using the MC to clear every end game in wuwa including that hologram bosses and tower of adversity got 27/30 stars too. I'm baffled why this character is free. 🤔
By the time I went back to Genshin my muscle memory got f4k up.

And they clearly took luna wing and some haicama scythe inspiration from pgr and used it in wuwa

When the MC gets a scythe without the need of a signature weapon, is one of the best DPS in the game, and can receive healing. All of this and Genshin could only add some of it to a Harbinger

I don't know if you all even notice but rover's havoc scythe isn't just a scythe, it's also a spear, if you look closely at his attacks, sometimes the scythe kind of like tilt into a spear
