Climate anxiety is the worry or fear about how climate change impacts the planet and what the future holds for humanity. While it’s natural to care, for some, these concerns can become overwhelming — especially when they question their own role in contributing to climate change.

In this episode, Jed breaks down what climate anxiety is, how it connects to OCD, and why it’s easy to get trapped in a cycle of worry. Plus, he shares tips for finding balance — caring for the planet without letting anxiety take over.
