Autumn leaves scoring on pumpkin shaped sourdough bread 🎃 🍂
the yellow powder is mix of turmeric powder and rice flour, about 1:1 ratio.

Recipe:
total of 300g flour (with baker's percentage %)
250g (83%) bread flour
50g (17%) whole wheat flour
217g (72%) water
6g (2%) salt
60g (20%) starter
optional 6g cacao powder (2%)
bulk fermentation 7-8hr at room temperature (60F/16C)
cold proof in fridge overnight
freeze for15-35min before scoring
450F/235C bake with steam for 30min
425F/220C bake for 10-15min
