I think it will still look fabulous on the OLED. I play mostly handheld and the game is perfect for that mode, so it'll be glorious for it.

Tried the demo myself this evening. It's super pretty on my 1440p monitor. The high framerate made it feel so smooth to play. But I feel the same way you did about the lack for switch pro controller support. Tried the demo once with my Xbox one controller and then with my switch pro controller. The Xbox works but muscle memory felt more home with the pro. But the switched face buttons made it feel so wrong. Hope they patch in pro support.

1:02 better textures sometimes on switch? character model has lower textures around neck, arms, chest, and tassels? probably just a bug

honestly completely forgot there was a demo for the pc port :) cant wait to see how it feels using mouse and keyboard, thats one thing i didnt care for with the switch version, the controls felt too complex? mainly trying to use items and a few other nitpicks, but definetly gonna give it a solid try

Of course, it looks chef's kiss on PC. Even so, it looks great on Switch, which allows hybrid handheld play. I look at the comparisons and think... looks nice, but I'm not going to have a massive increase in fun playing on PC. If they had cross save, sure. But IF I'm trapped on one platform, I'd rather it be the one that let's me play on TV and handheld. Plus I'm not redoing 450 hrs of playtime.

I just really wish Nintendo will try and make something thats a little more beefy in terms of specs, but Nintendo is just too good for itself

i gonna jump to pc but once sunbreak drops, i believe all that terrain stuff will be i hope fix be modders, in skyrim is common to find this enviroment overhauls mods that make the game more dense.

I would want to use my 8bitdo Pro 2 Plus so wonder how well it will work or if it will.... <thinking>. I have had 3 Switch Pro controllers and sold all of them due to the terrible digital pads on the directional pad. I even tried the damned tape trick without much luck. The Switch Pro controller is one of the worst they have ever had. 8bitdo products are far and away much better.

The switch just is so convenient. There’s no time to sit down and play games for those who work regular jobs. I’ll take it on the switch any day of the week.
