Ok, so there are two sleights of hands that he does here. First he puts the card back in the deck as the second card, claiming it to be in the middle. After removing the top and showing it to the kid, the signed card is back on top. The second is by flipping the deck over and carefully covering the top card, he hides the fact that the top card is not rubber banded with the rest of the deck. The only other thing he needed to do was make sure there was something sticky on his hand, as he throws up the deck, revealing the signature.

In the beginning as nick picked out card, if noticed carefully U can see the right pinky finger & the next ring finger in gripping position like he has/holding/hiding something with the 2fingers.

Their was someone in the celling which could see his card and replicate it then when he through the card the person oi the celling just put it there
