The law states that if this guy is still alive and his attorney knows where he is at he is obligated by law because this guy is a fugitive to inform law enforcement or to go get the guy and bring the guy in. He can't withhold information that would prevent law enforcement from capturing the guy. Every first year law student knows that one attorneys are not allowed to allow their client to commit more felonies and if they're wanted fugitives they're required to turn them in or inform the police where they're at
