Ronda Rousey is asked by a reporter about her thoughts on gender pay gaps in sports, specifically regarding the Australian women's national soccer team, The Matildas.

Ronda Rousey is coming off her 34 second destruction of Bethe Correia at UFC 190, during which Rousey knocked out the trash talking Brazilian in the first round. Ronda now looks to her next challenge in the 19-time boxing world champion Holly Holm.

UFC 193 goes down on November 15th in Melbourne, Australia at Etihad Stadium. The card's original main event between Robbie Lawler and Carlos Condit has been scrapped and now features an intriguing women's Bantamweight title fight between Ronda Rousey and Holly Holm as it's main event. The potentially record-setting PPV also features a co-main event between Strawweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk and challenger Valerie Letourneau, as well as an exciting undercard, filled with local and international talent.

This is what a true empowered woman looks like, not just some whiner who's trying to play the victim to get special treatment.

0:30 You could tell by Rousey’s grin that she’d already cooked up a response.

She didn't say "pay me because I'm a woman." She said "I get paid for what I can do."

Australian feminists: Hey Ronda whine about why us women should be paid more based on feminist propaganda

Thank you Ronda. I am all for equality in sport and the work place.
But yes you are right. Pay has to be based on ability and merit and not your gender.

What she's saying is: equality in the workplace isn't about men over women. It's about how better a person is at their job than another.
