Because Marth, Fox, and Zelda all got re-recorded lines for Ultimate, they probably just had them record lines for World of Light because they were already in studio. Also, David Hayter literally had to go against his union to work on Ultimate, as Nintendo doesn’t like to pay union voice actors. It’s the reason why Palutena’s and Viridi’s VAs didn’t return to reprise their roles
