James Cameron was Crazy - Terminator 2

James Cameron wanted to shoot a helicopter going under a freeway overpass and Churck Tamburro did it real. He was a vietnam trained helicopter pilot who knew what he was doing. #jamescameron had to shoot it by himself because it looked so dangerous, camera crew refused to film it.
He made a brief appearance in #terminator2 when #t1000 tells him to 'GET OUT'.

One of the reasons, why this movie is so epic. Everything is properly at scale, the movie doesn't feel small, but it also doesn't feel bloated like they usually do today. Everything feels serious, and when there is a REAL helicopter in such insane clips, it seriously hits home.
Today, nobody would film this, it would without a doubt be CGI, and no matter how good the computer artists are, it would feel artificial compared to these real and amazing stunts.
