I’ve had success with a 3/4 - 1 oz kastmaster . I do prefer the swim baits also.

How often do you change lures if your not having any luck? How often do you relocate? I find I give too much time for an unproductive lure or I switch too much. Thanks. Love the channel.

Good stuff man! I use a lot of those baits but you certainly gave me a few ideas to try this season! Great stuff. I'm out east in Upstate NY. We have some great laker fishing on Lake George although the average fish is smaller than what you're catching. Thanks for the great info!

Yo Steve, you have no idea how much I have learned from you and Sebastian. I want to see you take him down on some challenges this winter!! Haha you guys rock man. You guys inspired me to take my Father out to fish for lakers and on a jig pole. He was very old school tip up guy but he caught one on my jig pole and said it was the best catch of his life. i am experimenting with a replacement for the meegs, tungsten nail weight inserted into the mouth of a plastic goby, and a small single or treble hooked through the back, it sits like the meegs, nibbling off bottom with the tail up

Annother great lure : Sweedish pimple, pearl white with a piece of cut Sucker and a few drops of Smelt rite, made in Vermont ! Works Great .
