a MEP stands for Multi Editor Project (though now they are called MAPs for Multi Animator Project) its where a host posts a video that has a song divided into parts. People then comment saying they would like to animate a part. The host then says that that part is taken. The person who asked for a part then has to animate that part of the song. Then when everyone has taken a part, the MAP is "closed" when everyone finishes animating their part, the host then takes them all and puts them in 1 vid
