How is the flag at the top of the bridge maintained?

The bridge looks so much cleaner and -friendly. I was stunned as I watched before and saw all the vendors and cyclists. The city get a very good thing when they banned vendors and created the dedicated path for cyclists. Thanks for the walk.

You gonna have to get a sponge for your microphone to stop the effects of the wind making all that noise, it's a little annoying, there are things you can do to stop that kind of thing from happening.
