That's the Pirates fans lot in life. This organization is no longer relevant. Hasn't been for at least a decade. Really for over 30 years.

DK, I completely agree 100 percent with the opening statement. Yes The Steelers and Penguins haven't had much playoff success, but like you said you know those two teams are committed to improving their teams and trying to win and they will actually pay money to keep their good players and will go and spend money to get other talent.

The Pirates, outside of the Bryan Reynolds contract last year, don't do that. It's a shame because you have a generational talent in Paul Skenes, and the Pirates are going to probably waste his talent.

I got the hyped up email about "Fanfest" in January the same day the Rowdy story blew up. For the first time yesterday I turned off the game before it ended when Cruz got picked off for the 2nd time. This is a tone deaf organization that is out of touch with reality and is pizzing away their young talent and their skills.
Can't blame DK for the hiatus. Why cover a team that thumbs it's nose at the fans, the city and a once great franchise that was the embodiment of Pittsburgh.

I stopped going to games two years ago. When they were 9-2 in April, I called this collapse when everyone here was talking playoffs.
Crap rolls downhill and When? Cherrington, Raygun Shelton and King K (Andy Paines) are crap rollers!
