This is taken from a U.S. promo 12" single.

My specs:

Recorded using Audio-Technica AT-LP120-USB turntable with internal preamp removed and an AT120E cart. All records are cleaned on a VPI 16.5. I use Adobe Audition 3.0 for recording and processing. Clicks are removed manually with a light filter used sparingly.

This is one of the songs, that I remember the most, from my childhood, growing up in the '80's! I miss this decade!

Remember seeing them perform this on Dick Clark's "American Bandstand " one of my 80s favorite, they were kind of cute too..

The Naked Eyes covering of There's Always Something There to Remind Me was released just before Halloween 1988. The Naked Eyes is extremely cool, melancholy and poignant all at once. Brenda Lee's version of the song, though, is the best recording that existed.

I've heard a version of this song with extra lyrics on XM Radio, but have yet to find it online.

I only knew the Naked Eyes version of ASTTRM in the 80s
didn't know that Dionne Warwick did if first but I've always liked the Naked Eyes version though.
