I’ve had a similar bug happen to me before years ago on Java; I teleported really far in creative mode, and not long after I pressed F5 and saw one of my arms was missing. I’m not sure what causes the bug, it hasn’t happened to me since then. I didn’t know it still existed, that’s funny :p
