I think fried foods do it, too, due to the high level of oils. Every time I eat stuff like that; severe breakouts.

Makes sense. I've been recently getting loads of spots on my forehead and temple area. Probably because I have an entire tub of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream in a day. They're just so addictive.

I suffer from chronic acne. The only way I've found to get a clean skin is avoiding at all costs:
- Sweet drinks / Soda
- All milk and lacteal products (bye bye cheese, yogurt and milk)
- All chocolates of any type
- All chips and snack
- Fast food
- Banana (yes, avoid banana at all costs even if it's a potassium rich fruit)
Plus drink only water.
You only have two options; eating healthy and have a clean skin or eating what is tasty in your mouth and suffer the psychological consequences of acne. The choice is yours.

Ah! so difficult to stop consuming sugar, especially because almost every product has sugar nowadays. Even a simple tomato sauce (the ​reason why I stopped buying it :-) ). Thanks a lot, Doc!

Aloha one of my children had acne and doctor told me that the scalp and hair have to be clean so that it can absorb the oil if the hair is oily and it cannot absorb the oils and they come out through your skin so he suggested Head and Shoulders shampoo I would suggest just make sure it's washed and then dry it right down to the scalp then it open those pores I don't know it just an idea hugs from me to you from Hawaii Oahu also we touch our face so often we don't even know how often it sometimes a thousand times a day show make sure your hands are clean Nerf little hard to have it I think it hurts I hope you feel better who is the cleanser that a dermatologist gave me actually I buy little bottles my grandma and my aunts used olive oil on their skin that was all they never even used water or soap on their faces at all and their faces are beautiful and their skin amaze me even when they were real beautiful in their old age hugs from me to you from Hawaii Oahu some of this helps the lord loves you

Even mono-fruitarians seem to have fast aging skin, though not necessarily breakouts. See dr robert morse for example. I believe a whole foods plant based diet is best for optimum health. Low glucose juices, big simple salads, high intake of healthy fats like avocado, walnut, coconut, etc ✌🏼❤️

Had already cut out refined sugar and now I have reduced my dairy intake by 90% and will probably reduce it to full zero + I washed my acne on my face with warm water by splashing it on, then putting soap on the place and putting cold water on the area, I also follow the 14 hour fast nutrition module and will switch to 16/8 when school re-starts, I maximally aim to consume whole complex carbs when I can and I just feel better and my acne spots are getting smaller with every day,
