3)- This young lady relative who had gone to Delhi for treatment of her ailing special child, living alone on the 2nd floor of house was shell shocked and stunned when all of a sudden she saw two hefty men standing in her room and snatched mobile phones from her possession as if they were robbers. Like robbers they kept threatening her that they can do anything and directed her to keep mum. She was not told that they are from income tax Deptt. She felt surrounded by real robbers. In this situation one can easily realise what that young lady with ailing children must have gone through.
Later on when they told they were from income tax she gathered some courage to tell them that she was temporarily staying there for her ailing son's treatment and her very close relative had been in very senior GOI position who looked after income tax Deptt also. At this they rudely told her good world will also come to know about raids at this Sr.officer's relatives house.

Income tax on Private job holder is punitive. Govt neither gives job security nor giving any income tax benefit. Private job holders and Govt employee are giving same tax but will govt give job security for prive job holders. Also Cess is charged for Mid day meal program on top of the income tax. This is injustice .

2)- He said his one close young lady relative had gone to Delhi for neurological treatment of her 3 yrs old special child and for that purpose she temporarily stayed in one 95 year old relative's house who had severe heart and other old age related problems. After his wife's death few years ago he lived alone with one or two servants at the ground floor. Young lady relative with her small children was staying on 2nd floor of 4 story otherwise vacant house. This old man's 68 year old doctor son who lived in USA also happened to visit his ailing father in india for few days. His other sons and other family members are businessmen and stay in other premises outside Delhi or in far off delhi area. This old man due to his family buisness connections or his old transactions was raided by the income tax people in a consequential search. Team beside delhi taxmen constituted from other cities also.

A former very senior Addl.Secretary rank GOI personal known for his impeccable integrity, who looked after vigilance cases not only of income tax Deptt but of all Group A officers including that of IAS & IPS cadres of the country narrated an ugly recent incident which his relative had faced in Delhi's Trans yamuna AGCR complex. It is about Income Tax Raid.

4)- They stayed there in the house for 2 or 3 days. Kept demanding luxuries like staying and sleeping in seperate rooms for their stay and lavish food and beverages. That young lady was tortured during their stay. One of the roudy officers demanded sleeping near her room on 2nd floor in the night. All this came to light when income tax people left the house and she could communicate with her husband.
IAS & IPS fraternity have some well established dignity and humanity in them. They don't fall below certain standards. But above narrated episode show income tax Deptt people are reared in gutters. They lack basic humanity in them. There is goonda raj unleashed by the Govt these days. Govt should open its eyes to all this shit happening in the Govt deptts today.
