I got a 1st gen Mazdaspeed 3 and I gotta say they are fun to drive but you need to be careful buying one since their owners tend to beat them up. I learned this the hard way and ended up replacing an entire engine and I haven't even driven the car home.

I’ve got a 2015 Mazda3 Sedan. Definitely would buy another one when the time comes. Such a fun little car. Wish Mazda still made the MazdaSpeed3. Especially with the really good looking 4th generation. They do now make supercharger kits for them though. So you could always build your own. Hopefully the aftermarket support continues to grow for the SkyActiv era Mazdas.

I drive this exact model 😎 I definitely feel like a lot of people sleep on this era of Mazda. But they're incredibly reliable as well as driving smooth, and probably have some of the best gas milage there is. I would highly recommend one for anyone's first car as well.

When I was younger, I used to own a Mazda 3 MPS, they're called mazdaspeed 3 in the US. That was honestly the most fun car I ever had. If I didn't need a more economical car for longer commutes, i would 100% buy one again.

I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda3 Sedan. Although I was looking for a hatch, I found one with a manual. 40 miles to the gallon and 6 gears to row through. I love my Mazda! Such an underrated car!

Just bought an 08’ 5spd hatch at auction for $950 with minor dents and broken front windshield, replaced the windshield. Sold it with dents, leather & sunroof 83k miles for $6, 500. Badass cars and bullet proof if is a 5spd.
