I don't think so. Google Now was announced for Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and is working official now only on 4.1. But there are already some root kids, for 4.0 that will enable it. Maybe Google will make it available for 4.0 after all.

Basically the guys at XDA are working on it ;)

I doubt that it will ever be officially ported to ICS, since it's a Jelly Bean feature.

That's an official Google video. Who knows what advanced software they use.

@kangaxx ofcourse it does :) just setup the language you prefer in the Language & Input settings menu and under text-to-speech set it for whatever supported voiced languages (UK, US, Italian, French, German and Spanish). You can setup Voice search/voice recognition to Italian too, because Google supports that language for voice search/voice actions ("chiama quello stronzo" for example...that wont work because you cant use curse words! :D ...just a joke)
