Thank for this!! I came across your channel and Barbara's teaching, not by accident. For the last 6 months, I've been battling many health issues, doctor's have questioned if it is heart disease, depression, autoimmune, ibs, anxiety, or neurological disorders like MS or neuropathy. They have no idea what is wrong. Even my ND is struggling. I realized, not sure why I've not thought of it sooner, that I work with Epoxy daily and moved my shop above a woodworking/expoy table company that doesn't have proper ventilation. Your video was divinely timed. I must have had a reaction to gluten from eating an oatmeal cookie and was having GI distress. I kept activated charcoal capsules on hand as advised, but never knew anything about it so I never thought to take any until sitting here watching your video with a tummy ache today. I jumped up and got my charcoal before your video was over. I had prayed for a solution and wondered about the activated charcoal and woke up to your vid notification and knew it was divinely inspired. Thank you!

I have extreme reactions to gluten, that wake me up in the night if I accidentally have the most minuscule amount and the only thing that helps is charcoal.
