No it’s still Tony Stark because I’m Iron man 2 he made a nano ball. He didn’t use it for his suit but he just used it as a fidget toy and Iron man 2 came out in 2010

It was not necessarily nano tech, I am not 100% sure but if star lord can get nano tech helmet there should be more other people in the universe with other nanotech, and with only research of decades on nanotech iron man could make Thanos bleed but there was no one else in the universe who could use nanotech weapons when if they had nanotech then they should've had nano tech for a long time
