Companies use client feedback not to improve the service but to cut down incentives 😢

Even I started to feel the same, it looks like product industry job option looks better, but pavan I don’t understand why there is a view that IT people get more paid than product people.

yeah - this is true, I had one clients who is constantly unsatisfied .when my manager asked me what you do daily - they give me low profile work though I am a Senior Data Engineer. problem I understand when another boss unhappy -the reason might be that difference between me and my immediate boss exp is 2-3 years so that might create insecurity where his boss happy with my performance. Market is bad for at least last 1 year hope it will revive after US election.

Hi Pavan, can you please make a video on how do we negotiate salary, give the right salary expectations and research for industry benchmarks when applying for a new job in India and abroad?
I was recently asked for expected salary in figures for a consulting role in the UAE but it was tricky to give the numbers - too much means I am easily out of the process and too less means I am undervaluing myself.

Why do you always give negative aspects of the IT industry, whenever I see your videos it seems IT jobs are a waste, there is no future in it and everyone should leave this industry
