A short trip for some R&R and good food.

We experienced very poor customer services. My family including in-laws stayed at Finest during spring break, and water leaked from the ceiling during the middle of a night in the room where my in-laws stayed. My mother-in-law’s bag was damaged. We reported and after almost 3 months, we have not heard anything from the customer care center after initial conversation. I have a case number and I am alarming people with my case since they are totally ignoring my case now after issuing case number.

Finally! A video of the swim up room! Is this on the excellence side? Can you share how the bathroom is set up? Ie is the bathtub in it? Did you find that you missed drink service in the pool?
