This devil fruit in the right hands would be the most overpowered devil fruit in one piece.. Now there are countless devil fruits in one piece, ranging from some incredibly strong ones and some… not so strong ones.. There are even fruits like the munch munch fruit that basically just take the piss with how wacky they can be.. But even compared to the other fruits of the series I don’t think there are many that could rival this devil fruit in terms of ability, this fruit is so powerful that it was very close to defeating luffy many years ago.. And that was with this fruit being in the hands of an absolute weakling.. The fruit I am talking about is the Slow slow fruit, that is currently in the hands of foxy.. This fruit can slow down anyone and anything for 30 seconds, and in my opinion lasting 30 seconds is very impressive, and should be praised.. But we must remember this was also just the limit that foxy had, meaning a stronger user may even be able to make it last longer.. Or maybe this fruit's awakening could slow down everyone and everything on an island for however long the user is in that awakened form.. But even without an awakening this fruit in the hands of someone strong would be beyond overpowered.

Maybe a previous user of the slow slow fruit awakened in prehistoric times, creating Little Garden, an island where evolution slowed down to the point that ancient beasts that have evolved or become extinct by the rest of the modern world’s time still survive and thrive to this day. I dunno, the beams themselves are slow too, and it doesn't seem like you can change that. Most late stage characters would dodge it effortlessly

I think it was stated that devil fruit effects can be nullified with just strong Haki like how Law couldn't move the Yonko's even in his room. Therefore I think that even if someone is affected by the slow slow fruit, anyone with strong Haki can nullify it's effect and defeat the user.

It would be very cool. Fun Fact, One of the Reverse Flash doesnt have superspeed he manipulates the speedforce to slow everyone else down making him appear as fast as teh flash.

for me the devil fruit that truly OP is the Hobi Hobi no Mi that it can change you into a toy if He/She touch you, imagine if shanks have that devil fruit just one touch and the battle is over

Why do you say that the munch munch fruit is bad? Wapol created the Wapometal with it, the very same metal Franky uses for his Iron Pirate General, which seems pretty solid. It also made him really rich.

30 seconds, in the OP verse, that have characters moving faster than sound and faster than light (like Luffy immediately after the post-timeskip), is an ABSURD amount of time. Imagine the amount of damage pre-timeskip Luffy could do in G2 while his enemy is frozen in place for 30 seconds.
