I got one of my cousins to do this to me, and it is fucking scary, i dont recommended it at all, they honestly thought i was playing it up when i started freaking out.

Legit, your brain becomes convinced you are drowning, you cant take in air at all because as you breathe in the towel suctions to your mouth and nose and no air gets through because the water fills in the gaps between the fibers.
it becomes heavy and you start panicking causing you to try take in more air, which causes you to panic more because obviously you cant.

Take the advice in the video, do not try this at home, it is more interesting to think about it then to actually experience it. Trust

I worked as a camp cousnelor for a few years. One of my co counseloes thought itd be a fun activitiy to pretend i was a spy with his campers. They "waterboarded" me to get "info" from me. I was playing along for the kids but once a kid put a cloth over my head and started pouring water non stop. Scariest moment of my life

You're doing it wrong.

Elevate the feet above the head to provide sensation of suspension and to ensure water fills the sinus cavities but does not enter the lungs.

Also pin the arms and legs to allow for greater sense of helplessness.

I didn’t know for the longest time what water boarding was but when I found out I realized I’d accidentally do it to myself when I was younger in the bath. I would put my washrag over my face and just let the faucet run on the rag, idk but I found it entertaining then. Now it’s terrifying if it happens again 😂
