Toronto man loses $4K gold chain in distraction theft

A Toronto man says he was the victim of a distraction theft when a man and a woman stole a $4,000 gold chain he was wearing.

This happens in grocery stores, if they spot a woman with a purse in her cart, one will distract her, asking a question, the other helps themselves to a wallet in the purse.

I remember a couple did that 4 year's ago with the same chain move if l wanted to buy a change, I told them that's ok because they were letting they needed for gass like cone on go sale or give back the car get out of her.
