Tru if you love Spinach look up 1000 of recipes and add it to your meal daily. Fresh baby spinach sun-dried tomatoes, pitted brown or green olives and feta cheese with a drizzle of olive oil is soo yummy 😋. Frozen Cubes of Spinach is good just put 2 or 3 in soups, stew and rice and peas 🇯🇲 with curried tofu ect as you don't eat meat.
