Hello! I have an upcoming microdiscectomy surgery and I have a few concerns and one of them: Is an FRCSC designation mandatory or important for a neurosurgeon? My neurosurgeon has a designation of MD PHd and nothing more. Should I be concerned about it? A professional reply is badly needed?

It should take more than PhD to be a doctor. It should take some Humanity.

If it was neccessary to send PSYCHIATRIST to interrogate a patient that should be enough reason not to cut them up and treated them like a animal. Please be advise that moral compass is evading your mental capacity.
