Or you could put the image on. Make another layer, then put the new layer under the layer with the picture. And then draw on the picture, and then take the picture away!
I ‘m not saying the way you did it was bad, but this seems like an easier strategy. Edit: I don’t know if this works, I haven’t trued it yet, but it seems like it would work. For the most part.

Is there anyway you can upload an image, then work on it such that some part of that image becomes see- thru (ie, work done on layers behind the layer on which the image is uploaded gets seen thru)

I did what u said but then I started drawing and the brush colour whent grey when it was black how do u fix that?
