Nobody Got This Reward!
First up is an inspiration that 99% of players probably haven’t triggered. In order to get this super hidden point of inspiration, you’ll need to dance with Zae during the end of act 1 camp party while you have an Entertainer background. Chances are, you probably haven’t even heard of Zae. Zae is a tiefling that only appears if Lakrissa has been knocked out or slain before the end of Act 1 celebration when you defeat the Goblin Leaders. To get this inspiration, all you need to do is approach Zae - who has clearly had too many to drink - and successfully dance during dialogue. Do this successfully and you’ll get the inspiration called Celebrant. Interestingly enough, you can only get this inspiration point if you dance with Zae, since there is no option to dance with Lakrissa, or any other tiefling during that party, even though Bex makes an attempt. This makes this inspiration one that probably 99% of players miss.

Secret Interaction with Power Word Kill
And next up is a secret interaction with Power Word Kill. This ability compels your target to instantly die. You can also keep this spell permanently if you cast it on yourself and another target through Sorcerer's Twinned Spell, or through a Wizard’s Split Enchantment. However, what if you also had Death Ward, The Blood of Lathander, and Survival Instincts to allow yourself to come back to life instantly after using the spell, which also gives you your actions back. Would you be able to use Power Word Kill over and over to defeat all your enemies in a single turn? I put it to the test, and learned very quickly that Power Word Kill does not mess around. The spell does not care if you have Survival Instincts, Death Ward, or the Blood of Lathander - you die no matter what. So while this infinite combo doesn’t work, it’s good to know that Power Word Kill goes through any effect that would otherwise keep you alive. Although Globe of Invulnerability does keep a target alive from Power Word Kill - other than that, the spell is quite effective.

Wulbren’s Secret Weapon
And next up is Wulbren’s Secret Weapon. Within Moonrise Towers Prison is a captive deep gnome named Wulbren. If you talk to him, he begs you like a coward for help, asking for a blunt weapon for him to use to break down the wall behind him. It’s also hilarious watching him get frustrated if you give him weapons that aren’t blunt. But, you can actually give him any blunt damage dealing weapon and he’ll be able to use it - even if it’s a weapon that can’t otherwise be used. For example, you can drop the massive Ogre Club called the Gnarled Tree Branch into his cell - which says cannot be used by humanoids - and miraculously Wulbren will pick it up and use it! This is actually very helpful to allow the escape to happen quicker since this club deals much more damage than the alternatives, and it also looks hilarious. To get this massive Ogre Club, just use Command: Drop on the Ogre named Chock in the Blighted Village, then in act 2, step up to the bars in front of wulbren’s cell and click drop on the item while facing Wulbren. If done right, he’ll pick it up.

There’s so many weapons that you can only get if you make them drop their weapon, they should always be there if you killed them

i dont know if u already discoverd this option:
Lacrissa has a unique Dialog for an Male Elf, after you rescure her and talk to her Bardfriend to complete her Quest. She tells her that she was rescured by a pretty handsome guy

Ive been trying random stuff for my Honor mode run, and playing as a duegar dwarf gave me a lot of unexpected dialogues and interactions, playing it as a dark urge as well.

That last one with Flind, you're basically forced into it on his turn, not really a "secret" interaction, nor is it new

7:11 bard class gets a unique version where they can play a full song and the goblins actually dance.

the last one with Flind is not new, the reward at least. You always get the tadpole after killing her no matter what. But as a bard or entertainer you can, while connecting with her via tadpole, is TELLING HER A JOKE. Succeding the roll makes all the pack suffer "mirth wracked"

2:45 you can also disarm the minotaurs in the underdark, using the fighter disarm or command:drop, doesn't matter.

flind isn't a name, but a type of gnoll

fun fact, flind isn't a nema, e it's a speicie. a type of gnoll.

Flinds were humanoid creatures related to gnolls.[5] They were particularly strong and vicious gnolls that would command their war band. While flinds were admired and respected by their lesser cousins, there was no love in the end for the superior breed. If not found in a leadership role over other gnolls, flinds often wound up as solitary hunters.[6]

After dealing with the Owlbear, the Owlbear cub will take the chicken's place.
The game isn't affected, but it is part of getting the Owlbear as a companion.

With Crusher, anyone with good charisma can avoid combat and get him to kiss their feet. I don't know why you seem to think it's only Shads

Just so we're all on the same page, Flind is what that type of gnoll is called, its not that gnolls name. It has its own entry in the monster manual.

I love your videos, super helpful! Female Selderine drow is my favourite character choice and I love all the extra options, so I did know about Dhorn. IIRC there are also extra Speak With the Dead dialogues on drow like the dude who fell from the mushrooms and the guy outside Wakeen's Rest.

So if you’re having a problem with getting his dialogue to start it’s probably because you haven’t seen the red claw print that helps you connect with him it’s nothing about being in his first turn Because if you don’t see that I’m pretty sure the dialogue doesn’t even show up

This time i actually havent heard about most of these things, which are usually repeating.
Oh did you know the secret that shadowheart is scared of wolves?
However the Flind one i am sure everybody knows that.
Easily have gotten it to trigger if one of your party members is near Flind. Not even melee range necessary.

6:21 - They took Smythin out of the game.
9:24 - A "flind" is a type of advanced gnoll, not the gnoll's name.
