New Super Mario Bros. Wii - World 9 (Complete)

An entire playthrough of World 9, including all the star coins and secret exits. In order to get all five shiny stars, I had go and use the six warp cannons I unlocked earlier. Did that between 9-7 and 9-8!

New Super Mario Bros. Wii was released in 2009 for the Nintendo Wii. The game featured new multiplayer and co-op modes, along with new worlds and levels.

I still remember how I completed almost everything in the game by myself, except for that fucking 9-7 level, in that level i needed that my little brother played with me, so he could keep dying collecting the star coins while I stayed alive.

I grew up on this game. Me and my friend, who is like a sister to me, would play this game every day. I remember how excited we were when we beat bowser.

Fun fact: During the development of NSMBWii, after beating world 8, Peach was gonna be a playable character but the player movement would screw up her dress model, so that stuff got scrapped. But DANG that would’ve been neat to play as Peach!

Came here after beating Mario Bros Wonder as I forgot a majority of these stages after years of not touching the Wii game. Man, I forgot the HELL I went through as a kid through some of these stages.

I remember getting to this world when I was around 6, I felt so accomplished and I still have never beaten all the levels. I still have my old red Wii and I still play it from time to time. Brings back memories
