Red Velvet Lava Cake - Warm Chocolate Lava Cake

FOLLOW ME HERE, GUYS!
INGREDIENTS
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
2/3 cups white chocolate chips or 4 oz white chocolate
2 large eggs
2 large egg yolks
1/2 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp liquid red food coloring
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spray 4 (6oz) ramekins with a non stick spray or butter them.
2. Melt the butter and white chocolate in the microwave of double boiler.
3. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whisk eggs and egg yolks until doubled in size, slowly add sugar a keep mixing until incorporated.
4. Add red food coloring, vanilla extract and white chocolate mixture, mix until well blended.
5. Remove bowl from machine, sieve flour and cocoa powder. Using a spatula or a metal spoon gently fold the dry ingredients until well blended with the batter.
6. Divide the batter evenly among the ramekins. Place the ramekins in a baking sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes. Let the cakes rest for about 3 minutes then run a knife around and invert into a plate.
7. Serve immediately, dust with powdered sugar and scoop vanilla ice cream or fresh berries
