These chocolate walnut skulls will be the talk of the town! Filled with a tangy raspberry “cheesecake” surprise, they’re spooky and delicious – your guests won’t know whether to be scared or excited! 🤫🍫

👩‍🍳 INGREDIENTS:

For the chocolate skulls:
350g dark chocolate, melted
100g walnut halves

For the raspberry cheesecake filling:
75g raw cashews, soaked overnight
60ml coconut cream
30ml melted coconut oil
75g fresh raspberries
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract

👻 INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1 - Blend the raspberry cheesecake filling until smooth, then refrigerate.

Step 2 - Coat skull moulds with dark chocolate and add a walnut “brain” in each one.

Step 3 - Pipe in the filling, cover with more chocolate, and let them chill until set.
