I have been reading, watching videos, about and flirting with Zettekasten for about a year now. The diagrams and explanation at the beginning of this video are the FIRST time I have have actually understood how ZK is supposed to be organized. It shows that the usual claim that ZK displaces hierarchies in favor of linking is more than a little misleading. Thanks Mr. Ministry. Very helpful!

I begin to build my zettlekasten with obsidian recently. I am figuring out how to mimic a paper zettlekasten with obsidian. At the beginning of your video you have summed up how the paper notes are organized in zettelkasten, but you have not reveal how to build it in your digital tool.I use tag to build a web among my notes, but it is not the way zettlekasten work. The paper notes are expanded like a mind map. How can I do it? Do you have another video to solve it? I would like to learn your version.

I found out Obsidian and Dynalist are developed by the same people. I wonder if there is and underline developers intended use for this 2 apps together.

What do you all think? Do you use it in you personal Zettlekasten?

Here's how I use it:

#1: Dynalist is the Capture stage of my workflow's order.

#2: I am planning to transfer my outlines and edited drafts into Obsidian for archive.

I thinking of moving everything to Obsidian but since it is a big step I want to understand better its functionality. As it seems it is a core part of a Zettelkasten.

Any suggestions?
