Wow, MAJOR props...this is a no compromises build with literally everything you could ever want to upgrade already done for you (except for maybe a 35A controller), at a price around $500-700 lower than any competitor on the market. I built up my fat bike from scratch with similar spec (Mac 10T, 35a infineon, 52v 11ah, KHS frame, tektro 180mm, 9-speed with old XT gear, etc.) and adding everything up was only about $300 cheaper than your build at preorder pricing. Granted my top end and torque is a little higher at 35mph with 52t front and 11t rear, but had this been around before over a year of sourcing my parts, dialing everything in, and making it all durable, I would have JUMPED on the opportunity...plus you have a freakin torque sensor! For anyone on the fence about one of these, DONT BE. This is insane how much you've packed in for the price, blown away. Also, expect an order soon for a controller lcd upgrade for the wife's radrunner!

Man! Thanks So much for what I'm sure will be my first Ebike, the Blackbird. I'm on the east coast in Virginia an have served in the Military. I have been searching the internet and doing research on the best Fat tire bike for my budget. I was really stuck on the RAD 5 but was not happy with the power, so I knew I would be doing upgrades. I saw this video and I'm sold! I hope I can get it before the price goes up. keep up the great work.

I had to watch it twice. OMG. The blackbird!!! I went to order, and I can't get delivery into Canada. And the border is closed. Can't even drive down to get it. LOL. Crazy setup. I think this bike will be great Kyle. A better frame than the rover and over a $1000 worth of upgrade for $700. Too bad I don't need a bike or I'd be all over it. Great Job!!!
