Isn’t the tax on tobacco ridiculously high already? There’s a reason they don’t disclose how much you’re paying in tax for that pack of cigarettes or bottle of booze. The revolutionary war started over an unfair tea tax, so they say.

I was told in a group setting by a psychologist years ago that there is a 20 percent base of smokers in the united states' that cannot quit. Every time that they want to tax cigarettes they know that those people can't quit so they can get away with it. I smoke. We should have a voice in the matter. When people vote not to raise taxes on alcohol they have a voice. No taxation without representation. This is completely unfair. Tell every cigarette manufacturer to sell safe cigarettes without any harmful ingredients. Please help me out. I need all the backup that I can get.

Boy, its amazing how much this country has changed in almost a year. Raising every tax known to man, fuel prices up almost 60%, the price of groceries has almost tripled (if your store has them), the list goes on and on. So much for helping the poor communities. His build back better plan must not have been intended for the average American

Çiggarettes are not banned so why punish the addicted? Yes Steve it's a tax on a lot of people making less than $400, 000/yr.
