Well, NOW you tell me... after owning 3 Spyders for 12 years, lol!!! Still loving them all.

If you can't spell weather, I doubt you are qualified to cast aspersions about Spyders. That said, most of the 10 reasons you give to not buy a Spyder apply to most motorcycles.

I am a spyder technician and pretty much everything said in this video is incorrect.

I've got a 2013 RTL. Once the recall (like thousands of other brands including BMW, Honda etc.) was fixed, the problems went away. That's what recalls are for. You don't need laser alignment and 90% of the maintenance should be done by the owner. As in any brand, there are different problems or annoyances for each model year.
This video seem to take the most extreme negative position. I wonder who paid for it.

I've commented on some of your other vids.

I absolutely LOVE the brand--would be honored to be their official spokesperson! Presently on my 4th RT Limited over the course of 10 years. Aside from a lemon '13 model...I've had no issues. They look awesome (bat mobile!), ride great, kick-ass stereo, and maintenance ONCE A YEAR for $375--are you kidding me?! I think these bikes are the best thing to ever happen to a motorcycle.

4 Spyders in 10 years, you may be wondering? My credit union finances me for these bad boys at 10 years...payment is small--I make DOUBLE payments--you know what that does to my FICO?! I ride the HELL out of them for 1 1/2 - 2 years...get the next model (based on my accelerated FICO score!). Spyder f****n' ROCKS! (and my credit union).

You really need to just quit unless you actually know what you are talking about. Love my spyder, everything has issues if you do not take care of it. This is like listening to someone who plagerized their high school papers. You went thru all the forums and picked out the bad things without having one yourself or having actual knowledge. Know your subject or please dont put this crap on youtube to change peoples minds.

No different than any other of these high tech motorcycles that are being sold now..and make no mistake all of them are expensive to fix.

My dad has a 2015 Spyder RT Limited SE5 and there was one problem with it. The stabilizing bar needed replaced with Baja Ron's Swaybar, because the steering was a little wonky. After that he has never had trouble with anything else. Cars have laser alignments any time you get an alignment.

I'm a proud owner of a CAN AM SPYDER for the past 5 years and so far so good, I already put 25K miles. I do all the maintenance and service on my SPYDER. Before I bought it I knew all of this problems mentioned in this video but didn't stop me from getting one. This is a great video. I like it.👍👍👍👍👍

Please SPEAK, SHOW AND KNOW the correct year make and model you are referring too. The bikes in the parade you are showing are 2019 and up CAN-AM RYKERS NOT SPIDERS.

We have 5 can am spyders in our family and various years . No one has had these issues and I believe your over stating issues to keep your channel alive and up. All bikes have there pros and
Cons but didn’t see any other brand in your video. In New England everyone has to store their bike but you also failed to mention that. Checking fluids and putting it on a battery tender isn’t expensive or hard but u made seem impossible.I could go on further but my comments would take all day take down this video your all full of it.

For me, the main reason I didn't buy a Spyder is the price tag. Instead, I bought a Ryker 900 Rally and am having a blast with it.

I own a 2011 SE5 RS, no high maintenance costs and no real issues that you mention in your video. It’s been a great bike.

Did they ever fix the harley trike brakes, last I heard they tend to engage and cause serious issues for those riding them including death.

A motorcycle is a luxury item. It's basically an expensive toy. If you can not afford the proper upkeep on any type of vehicle you own, then you may want to rethink spending your hard-earned money. I 100% agree with you on finding a good dealership regardless of which bike you go with. I am very fortunate to have an amazing dealer that I have gotten to know over the years. One last piece of advice, if you are considering buying a bike whether it's your first or fourth bike. Go to the dealership, hang out and get to know the people. Sit on every bike they have on the showroom floor. If they tell you to leave, leave and never go back. If they offer you a cup of coffee, bring them donuts the next morning. If you own a bike, you need to be friends with the dealer. That's all, ride safe.

If the Japanese/Chinese put out three-wheel motorcycles, they will put Can Am out business similarly cars back in the 80's and 90's. I wish Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, CFMoto, etc. make three-wheel motorcycles. Most of the reliability issues will be resolved immediately.

Where, my friend, are you going to find a new car payment for $289?? The average new car cost between $22, 000 - $40, 000.

I still own a SPYDER F3T 2017. Bought it new and always did services on my own. 240.000 km later i would buy it again, hands down. Except the usual oil and wearable parts changes, didn't have any issues. Used it mostly for 2 up touring.

I have a 2013 Spyder ST Limited. I bought it used, in Aug 2021. It had 5300 miles on it. I'm now at 13300. I had the brakes done at 12000. I have done 2 oil changes so far and replaced the rear tire and the brake light assembly. That was it. You couldn't get me to sell it for twice what I paid for it.
